TWEEN AND TEEN TAKE HOME KIT: DÍA DE LOS MUERTOS CELEBRATION

Teens and Tweens are invited to the library to pick up a take-home kit in celebration of Día De Los Muertos! 

Each kit includes a brief history of the holiday, an envelope of Abuelita’s Mexican Style Hot Chocolate, delicious polvorones (Mexican wedding cookies), a coloring bookmark and pen, and all the materials needed to create your very own mini donkey piñata. 

Celebrate and learn about this traditional Mexican holiday from the comfort of your home with these kits! Registration is required and will be open throughout November until all kits are reserved. 

Kits will be available for pickup starting November 2 and can be collected throughout the month.

Please note that the South Park Library’s programs are designed with specific age limits in mind to align with the developmental skills and needs of each age group, ensuring an appropriate and engaging environment for all participants.

These take-home kits are exclusively for tweens and teens aged 10 to 18.
