Mat Pilates 

Every Tuesday Starting September 10 from 5:30 pm – 6:30 in the Community Center 

Certified Pilates Mat Instructor Mary Ann Ruzzi will be teaching a new exercise class.  Pilates is all about building your most powerful core! It will improve your flexibility and stability by strengthening muscles of the abdomen and lower back. If you have been looking for a workout routine that can give you a good balance of flexibility, strength, muscle tone and help for a few aches and pains, Pilates may be the answer for you.  Beginners are welcome. The cost is $5 per person with a portion going to the library. Please bring a mat or towel.  Participants are required to fill out a waiver.
