Calling all tweens and teens, join us at the library to celebrate National Pokémon Day! Create your own Poké Ball Terrarium featuring your favorite Pokémon — bring a figurine from home or choose one from our selection — and explore a variety of Pokémon-themed activities throughout the library.
Take part in a scavenger hunt, design your own Pokémon buttons, craft Poké Balls with Perler beads, and enjoy snacks while we screen Pokémon: The First Movie — Mewtwo Strikes Back. Pokémon‑themed bookmarks, trading cards, and prizes will also be available.
For fans of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, we’ll have casual play stations with premade decks you can use, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Trading will be permitted, with participants responsible for their own trades.
Stop by and join us for a fun, Pokémon‑filled celebration at the library!
This is a drop‑in program, so feel free to arrive at the time that works best for you. Please allow yourself plenty of time to complete the activities when you arrive.
Please note that the South Park Library’s programs are designed with specific age limits in mind to align with the developmental skills and needs of each age group, ensuring an appropriate and engaging environment for all participants.
This event is exclusively for tweens and teens aged 10 to 18.
