Join us for a transformative new class designed for beginners and anyone seeking a peaceful, relaxing experience. This session integrates gentle stretches, breathwork, guided meditation, and Reiki to promote holistic well-being. Experience the following benefits:
release tension, reduce stress, enhance focus, connect with your inner peace, promote healing and relaxation and more. It is suitable for all levels and provides a nurturing environment for rejuvenation and renewal of the mind, body, and spirit. The cost is $15.00 per person with a portion going to the library. Bring a mat/towel/pillow or whatever makes you comfortable if you would like to use the floor. Tammy Ziccardi, our Integrated Yoga Instructor will be the instructor.
