Suitable for all levels, this class provides a nurturing environment for rejuvenation and renewal of the mind, body and spirit. Join us to experience a holistic journey to peace and relaxation. The stretches will be performed in a chair. You have the option to lay down for the guided meditation and reiki. The cost is $15.00 per person with a portion going to the library. Bring a mat/towel/pillow or whatever makes you comfortable if you would like to use the floor.
