Tween (ages 10-12)Program Description
Body
Tweens, get ready to unleash your creativity! In Part One of this hands-on workshop, you'll paint and decorate a miniature bookshelf to make it truly your own. Use your imagination to bring your bookshelf to life and create a one-of-a-kind tiny library to showcase your favorite books! All materials provided.
In Part Two of this program, you will craft miniature books to complete your personalized bookcase.
This is a drop-in program, so feel free to stop by the library at the time that is best for you to complete the activity!
If you are interested in attending, please register.
Please note: This is a 2-part event. During Part One, you will paint your very own bookcase, which will need time to dry. In Part Two, you will create tiny books to fill your bookshelf.
Registration is required for both events if you plan to participate in both the bookcase painting and bookmaking activities.
Please note that the South Park Library’s programs are designed with specific age limits in mind to align with the developmental skills and needs of each age group, ensuring an appropriate and engaging environment for all participants.
This event is exclusively for tweens aged 10 to 12.
