Join us in the Community Center for a Leap Year Sound Bath to wash away the winter blues.  Learn about sound baths, drum circles and how music heals your mind, body and soul. Karen Romano is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Drum Circle Facilitator who will provide an experiential sound bath and provide basic instruction on how to create healing and relaxation in your own life through sound.  

Bring your own mat or if you prefer, chairs will be available.
