Decoupage Plate Craft
Customize your own decorative plate for your next party! Our decoupage plate craft involves applying patterned napkins with Modge Podge to create a unique, personalized look. Bring your own napkin or choose from a variety of options that the library has to offer. Each participant will have the opportunity to make 2 plates. Space is limited. Registration required.
