Behind the Scenes at the Pittsburgh Zoo 

Friday, October 24 

Tour starts at 11:15 -- Bus leaves at 10:00 am. We will return around 3:00 pm 

Put on your walking shoes and get ready to explore the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium! Learn more about the amazing animals and the Zoo’s conservation efforts while getting a special tour of three different animal habitats.  After the tour, you are free to go to Safari Plaza to have lunch (not included in the cost of the trip)  and then explore the Zoo & Aquarium at your leisure until 2:00 pm. 

The cost is $45 per person and payment (cash or check to South Park Library) is due by October 3.  Sign-ups start Wednesday, September 17 at 10:00 am either at the library or by phone at 412-833-5585 (in person is preferred).  If the trip sells out, please get on the wait list! There are always cancellations.
