Thursday, October 17 at 6:30 pm

Every 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm, we gather to discuss thought-provoking books, connect with like-minded readers, and expand our horizons. From classic literature to contemporary bestsellers, we explore a diverse range of genres.

Whether you're a seasoned reader or just starting your literary journey, everyone is welcome. Come join us for stimulating conversations, new friendships, and a shared passion for books.

Please join us for a discussion of “Harlem Shuffle” by Colson Whitehead.  Next month's selection, "Small Things Like These" by Claire Keegan will be available for pick up.

“A rich, wild book that could pass for genre fiction. It’s much more, but the entertainment value alone should ensure it the same kind of popular success that greeted his last two novels, The Underground Railroad and The Nickel Boys."
—Janet Maslin, The New York Times

One of the Ten Best Books of 2021
—Laura Miller, Slate

“Colson Whitehead has a couple of Pulitzers under his belt, along with several other awards celebrating his outstanding novels. Harlem Shuffle is a suspenseful crime thriller that's sure to add to the tally — it's a fabulous novel you must read.”

“A warm, involving novel”
